Trencao is equal to the value of the penalty clause in his contract with Gerard Pique, Sergei Roberto, Samuel Umtetti and Sergio Busquets, and is surpassed in Barcelona only by Antoine Griezmann (800 million euros) and Lionel Messi (700 million).

Francisco Trencao is compared to Luis Vigo in his country, as some consider him the natural extension of his fellow Cristiano Ronaldo, former Real Madrid striker and Juventus, as he is considered one of the emerging talents in Portuguese football.

Trencao is an extension of the Portuguese stars who represented Barcelona, ​​the first being Luis Figo, who played for the club from 1995 to 2000, through Quaresma and Deco, until Andre Gomez and Nelson Simedo, the current Barca player.

Trencao, who was born in Viana do Castelo, Portugal on December 29, 1999, has a length (1.86 meters) and weight (69 kg), and started his football career in the junior sector of the Portuguese club Vianense in 2008.

He also played in the youth and youth sectors in other clubs, Porto, Braga and Palmeiras Braga in Portugal before his escalation to the second team in Braga Club in 2016, and from it to the first team of the club in 2018, where he appeared for the first time on December 28, 2018.

During the current season, the player played 22 matches with the team during which he scored three goals, the most recent of which was in the Maurerense net on Wednesday, and he made six goals for his teammates.
